QL Linear Thrust Unit
 
QL Series linear thrust unit is a conversion device that it could transfer the multi-turn torque of actuator into linear thrust. The QL Thrust ranges from 11.5KN to 128KN. Through the turning of nuts on screw stem, the surface bearings mounted on the screw stem could bear thrust from bi-direction loads. It has attributes such as high transmission efficiency, and wear resistance. Thrust rod and base are design in piston structure which has low tolerance clearance, strong accuracy of straightness, and obvious effectiveness of frequent regulating valves with high standards on straightness and control. O rings have been used in any contact surfaces to adapt all kinds of extreme environments because of its waterproof and dustproof property.
